At Vegandale, I managed the entire marketing funnel to drive ticket sales for the Chicago Festival, from awareness to conversion. This included developing and executing paid ad campaigns, optimizing creatives, managing newsletters, and implementing targeted retargeting strategies.
Mid-campaign, I identified performance issues, adjusted the strategy, reallocated the budget, and launched a targeted interest campaign to engage music fans.
By refining messaging across channels and focusing on our VIP ticket offering, I helped exceed our ticket sales goal of 30,000 tickets and hit our revenue target of $1.6M through continuous optimization. All of these strategies and tactics worked together to help exceed revenue and ticket sales targets.
01 - Paid Advertising
Collaborated with 2 graphic designers to create high-converting ads that boosted ticket sales. Worked closely with Meta Account Managers to optimize campaign performance.
02 - Influencer Ads
Partnered with vegan influencer Sorsha Morova to feature her in ads, leveraging her audience to drive ticket sales for the festival.
03 - Newsletter Strategy
Segmented a newsletter list of 40,000 past customers into VIP and GA audiences and delivered targeted messaging to boost conversions and increase ticket sales amongst both groups. Maintained a 45% open rate and a 5% click through rate throughout the campaign.
